The Fairhope Ruby Tuesday suddenly closed it's doors earlier this year saddening many locals and tourists alike. Hundreds of families were left with unused coupons stuck to their refrigerators, and none could bear to throw them away, even though they expired months ago.
Well, now Fairhope can rejoice knowing that Ruby Tuesday will arise like a phoenix out of the ashes, a juicy bacon wrapped cheese smothered phoenix, as it re-opens within the adjacent Tuesday Morning shopping center. No one really knows what Tuesday Morning is. All we know is that wives seem to disappear there for hours on end, even though it's Thursday in the afternoon (false advertising). The move comes after local gourmet eatery Andree's closed down shop and opened within Piggly Wiggly this spring.
