The Eastern Shore has a rich Italian heritage spanning back to the early settlers of Daphne over a century ago. The owners of a new establishment in Fairhope are reviving that history with a new fine Italian eatery on the corner of Volanta and Section street, in a castle that has been vacant since the days of King Author. The diner will also offer plumbing services, and the owners have shown their skills already with the installing of an adjacent tube that can transport citizens directly into Fairhope's newly installed sewer system, and eventually into Mobile Bay. The restaurant chain is famous for their "Princess Peach Pie", but unfortunately for now they are only being offered at one of their other locations.
