Many Fairhopers have reported several sightings of famed comic book creator Stan Lee this week at local coffee shop, Coffee Loft. We were able to seek out an interview with Stan where he told us about his new project in the works: Captain America vs. Armadillo Man.
Lee is currently in Fairhope for location scouting, as the area is home to a disproportionate amount of Armerican Armadillos. The co-star of the film, Edward Norton, who plays the evil minded Armadillo Man has also been spotted in scenic 98 shadowing a local Armadillo for character development. One Fairhope teen posted a photo of Norton lying in the road pretending to be dead.
The film is set to start filming in the spring of 2018, with Actors Chris Evans, Ed Norton, Gal Gadot, and a brief cameo by Stan Lee. The Grand Hotel will accommodate the crew, coffee will be provided by Coffee Loft, and Gal Gadot will receive complimentary massages from The Fairhope Inquisitor.
